The popular battle royale title Fortnite gives its players many opportunities to express their creative sides. The idea of Escape maps has players trying to navigate their way out of where they are by solving puzzles as well as avoiding any hazards that they are confronted with. Stranger Things
For fans of the hit series on Netflix, there is a Stranger Things Escape map available with five locations included that are featured in the show. You will need to solve a variety of puzzles in order to make your Fortnite Battle Royale escape from these maps, but the most impressive aspect is the attention to detail that has gone into these maps. 100 Rooms
A pretty self-explanatory Escape map, but a captivating one nonetheless. You will find many puzzles here to be solved, as well as mazes, platforming, and much more to help you complete each room. Up to 16 players can participate in this map, and given the amount of content available in it, you can see why it is considered one of the best of all.
The Hospital
If you favor the horror genre, then a visit to The Hospital will satisfy your craving for something ghastly when playing Fortnite. This sees players being engulfed in a dark hospital crammed with puzzles that you will need to solve to escape. Not being able to see much, plus the jumpscares involved make this an easy choice for this selection of best maps, and a must for horror fans.
Haunted Mansion
Sticking with the spooky theme, the Haunted Mansion displays both great platforming and traits that make Escape maps great. You will find that you need to find your way to the top of the map via puzzle solving. It isn’t the easiest map to traverse, and you will need to make the most of all of your skills to get to the exit. If you are skilled in parkour, however, you shouldn’t have too many issues.
Grandma’s House
Ok, so this one isn’t as good to look at as the other choices on the list, but it might well be the most fun, which doesn’t compromise the challenge of it either. You will be making your way through a number of mazes and solving some impressive puzzles. The age of the map has only helped its popularity too, being amongst the fan favorites in the community.
So your Fortnite weapons might not be of much use in these escape maps, as they opt for challenging the players in other ways that make Fortnite special. All of these Escape maps are worth checking out, so be sure to do so at your earliest convenience.
