    Make sure the water brush has nodraw texture assigned to it, and only the texture on top is water

    I assume you don't have any leaks? They **** water over.

    ok, thanks. I didn't do what X_i_Z_o_R said. and I found that the skybox wasn't completly closed off at one part. One more thing what is "light has _fifty_percent_distance of 150.000000 but no zero_percent_distance"

    Taking a wild guess, I'd say you have a light with a 50% falloff distance defined, but an undefined total distance (_zero_percent_distance).
