Why does it say that Steam is temporarily unavailable when I try to add -paypal to the command line and launch?

no debit option? NOO!
Gah, I wish I had a credit card, then I wouldn't be stuck with my stupid debit card.

You can set paypal up to work via bank transfers. Its not as fast as credit cards, but if you have a bank account, it should work.

Yar. Was informed about this yesterday.

I was requested not to make a post about this until today because they wanted the system to start out slowly - I'll be posting it tomorrow instead, just to give him [requester] a little more leverage.

My guess is that he option to pay straight away with a debit card will be added once the Paypal payment is fully working.

When i change my exe, steam is 'unavaliable' maybe its down for now, or US only or something.
