At Gamespot, and it looks very good. It got released today at the US, and we here at Europe have to wait to the (what I heard, this can be an unofficial release date) 26th march. :(

The variety of the places you'll travel to paint a picture of a large, fantastical world, and you get the feeling that you're getting a tour of the most scenic parts of Norrath. From the underwater caves on the Island of Ten Thousand Knives to the mystical, marbled causeways of the Plane of Air, most every environment you see will take a little bit of your breath away the first time you see it.
Playing Champions of Norrath can be a little bittersweet. The core components that make up the game experience--the graphics, the sound, the actual gameplay--all come together to create an experience that is, across the board, better than the original Dark Alliance and better than any of Champions' current rivals. The game offers an enjoyable single-player and multiplayer experience, and there's enough to it to keep you entertained for a long, long time.
On the other hand, CoN seems to have some annoying bugs in it, they don't affect the gameplay though but they could have fixed those before the game was shipped. I got a little disappointed there.
But games always have bugs in it, rather annoying is that you can't fix those bugs in a console game. :(

Is that a new expansion?
Nope, a whole new game for the Playstation 2. But it takes role in the Everquest universe, set a several hundred years before the current Everquest PC game.

Here is what the developers say about that.

Champions of Norrath encompasses many of the familiar lands of EverQuest and is set several hundred years before the timeline of the current EverQuest PC game. The players' journeys will take them from the forests of the wood elves, to the great sink hole of Kunark, to the vast underworld home of the Dark Elves, and finally to the very Planes themselves for a final showdown with evil incarnate.

Oh yeah that game, now I remember.

You've heard that they are gonna upgrade the EQ engine to a "New Engine" within two months?

No, haven’t heard that. But why will they upgrade the engine?
