Adding "It's safer here" next to the title

I think it's a nice reference to have "It's safer here" right below "The definitive source for all things Valve", or somewhere near the logo.

It's a nice homage to Dr. Breen.

It also reflects the supportive, welcoming and tolerant nature of the members of this board.

Indeed, we used to use it years ago but HLFallout have recently adopted it and it doesn't seem right to use it again.

First it's subtle changes like that then one day we all have pictures in our threads...blasphemy.

it's just like those custom titles, i hate them...i worked for my half life creature reference only to see those less worthy posters receiving undeserved accommodations.
