Love the half-life series :) Episode 2 was very well written, and other stuff that I can't hardly tell with words :p Can't wait for Half-Life 3, or Episode 3

As time goes on I find myself questioning the narrative choices they made in Episode 2, viewing them in a less favorable light.
  5. You have to stop using that phrase.. someone might be getting a heart attack someday because of over excitment and disappointment.. (I'm reffering to "Episode 3")

I totally agree. Having Eli expose his prior knowledge of the G-Man and Dr. Breen having something to do with the cascade (let alone acknowledging that the G-Man exists) felt rushed in there at the end. I mean, we find this out within the last 2 minutes of the game in some hallway while Alyx is gone for a couple of seconds. Maybe I just feel this way because Ep. 3 did not release soon after Ep. 2 so Valve didn't follow-up right away. My initial reaction to that part of the narrative was "What? Ok. Sweet. I have someone, other than Vortigaunt, knowing that the dude exists." Minutes later, "****. He's dead." Seconds later, "What?! Cliffhanger? Can't wait until the next one". Now, years later, "I feel robbed".

Didn't the big climactic fight happen between those two scenes? Hardly two minutes later.
  8. Any chance of the podcast coming to iTunes?
