Just checked it out, it's not bad. I've always liked large environments which use several cleverly interwoven paths to extend gameplay in a reasonable and believable way (junkyard sequence in Ep2 is a perfect example), and this level manages to do it rather nicely. It doesn't do anything "new", but it's well-paced and fun enough for a quick 15-20 minute distraction.
I did notice a few minor inconsistencies, such as English road signs written entirely in an American format and the fact the Citadel's peak is glowing red hot (which does look cool, but is extremely unlikely given how much energy would be needed to heat a metal structure of that size and scale).
Nice work on the mod, always good to play something new Half-lifey.
