    Post some mods you'd be excited to see be ported. Give reasons why if ya want too. Don't limit to just the pop mods, (CS, DoD, etc). I'd love to see DoD and NS. Maybe also Vampire Slayer even though I didn't like that much. The Vamp game on the Source engine got me thinkin' just now that it might be pretty good. And I can't forget, Sven Co-oP! That would be so nice with these new AI monsters being so advanced.

    I wonder if Neil Manke would ever bother to make a new They Hunger mod with the half-life 2 engine.
    or if a new Poke 646 mod was made both these mods were excelent and still have great potential. :borg:

    I never played They Hunger. I've seen the Poke646 website and think the concept is cool. A semi mmorpg, lol. With save files and stuff. I wonder how big levels can be in HL2.

    Ns would be cool, think of all the scary levels one could make! Dod would be nice since it has a nice realism touch to it on hl1 so hl2 would have to be better. Firearms would be nice to see on hl2 but the team says they will not change the engine for the mod:(

    Existence would be pretty nice (minus the Dr. White scenario) and BoTM would be funny. I love bein' Goku on that. Too bad they wanna take him off.

    probably not gonna ANY mods at all for the first 6 months after the release..They take alot of time to make and the usuall time frame is 1 to 1 1/2 years from start to release. We will probably see alot of crap ones come out within the first few months thats about it..

    Wait ...ill have no reason to play mods because ill have my wrench in TF2.

    Yeah, I figured that. too bad though. Althouth TF2 will probably be even better than cs2, lol. I wanna see some custom maps for HL Multiplay till some mods are out.

    No, I sent a mail to Manke. There will be no They Hunger 4. Perhaps a new horror mod of some kind, but not a They Hunger follow-up.

    valve said they might be holding a conference for potential modders over the summer to give them the SDK and editors early. valve would like a couple mods to ship with first release.
