    I think its gumbo actually and i don't know why they photoshopped it as the background. Fit in with the whole southern theme of L4D2 maybe????

    Gumbo is a ****ing amazing Cajun soupish dish with crawfish meat, shrimp, rice, sometimes sausage, and assorted vegetables and stuff. Shit is ****ing AMAZING, so don't knock it for the looks until you try it. So yeah you can see how it fits with the setting with the game being in Louisiana and all.
