    As in, if they add s "body" section to the loadout screen to match the existing "head" section what outfits would you like to see? Also what new hats do you want?

    Spy:
    • Tuxedo with team-coloured waistcoat. (Mask is also still team-coloured). May not be the best option due to lack of team-colouring from behind.
    • Team-coloured Trenchcoat. Goes well with the fedora. Makes Spy Vs Spy fights look like the Question Vs Rorschach :p
    • Sam Fisher goggles with three team-coloured lights.
    • Fencing Mask (disguise mask goes over this).

    Soldier:
    • WWII Airborne uniform with a badly drawn eagle on the shoulder and a poorly packed parachute slightly hanging out the back.
    • Officer uniform complete with a chest positively bursting with medals and badges.
    • WWII leather pilot helmet with goggles.

    Engineer:
    • A Flannel shirt. He's still wearing the overalls, but the straps are let down and hanging.
    • Welder's mask.

    Medic
    • Surgical mask and that circular head mirror thingy.

    Pyro
    • Fireman helmet

    Demoman
    • Full Scotsman stereotype outfit. Kilt with the leather pouch thingy. White socks pulled all the way up. Bagpipes across his back.
    • That tam hat thing with the bobble.

    They'd have to maintain the silhouette with each of these designs, although I think that's perfectly plausible for what you've got here.

    You can keep the silhouette even if you change some of the outfit. Some the suggestions you bring up, I think is brilliant.

    Also Scout - Baseball shirt for New Blu yanks, and Red Mets or something like that :)

    Good ideas but Valve won't do anything as extreme as costumes. Changing costumes will ruin Valve idea of silohette characters and it would make it harder for new players to notice which class was which etc. I think accessories will be plentiful though. Like hats, shoes, backpacks etc.

    Red Sox jersey only works for RED Scout :p
    WWII style radio might be cool for Scout or Soldier (I like those old radio backpacks with the phone attached)

    Pirate hat for the demoman.

    Headband for the Pyro (HADOUKEN!).

    Beer helmet for the Soldier/Beer cap for the Engineer.

    I'm trying to think of non-hat things Valve can add that don't significantly alter the class silhouette but are still clearly visible.

    Soldier
    * Self-made medals to put on his chest.

    Demoman
    * Different picture on his crouch.
    * Some kind of scribble on his eye patch (like a drawn-on eye).

    Heavy
    * A second ammo belt.

    Engineer
    * Different goggles.

    Medic
    * Different med-backpack.

    Sniper
    * Reflective-style sunglasses

    Spy
    * Handkerchief in a pocket added to his suit.

    Trenchcoat (good idea Rimfire) and Macrofilm suit for the Spy.
