If There was a new Half Life spin off game....

    I've been hoping some company would get the HL rights from Valve and make a game based off their universe. Something gearbox software did in the late 90's.

    So.... If therw as a new Half Life spin off game

    What would it be called?
    Who should develop it other than Valve?
    Should it be the source engine or another engine?
    Whats it about?
