What DVD's did you all get for Christmas?

I got Once Upon a Time in America that I asked for, and The Pledge and Casino that were unexpected.

Band of Brothers and Battlestar Galactica the Miniseries, along with all the currently released seasons.

    Asked for both.

Season one of Drawn Together, Talladega Nights, Anchorman, and Silence of the Lambs.

I'm thinking of picking up Spielberg's Taken for myself tomorrow. Opinions?

Pink Floyd: The Making/Recording of Dark Side of the Moon
Night of the Living Dead (off a mate)

Not as much as last year. Last year I got a Century of Warfare box set (which ranges right from the Revolution to the Gulf), Bridge Too Far, The Longest Day and looooadds of other old war films. I did, however, get my sister Pirates... Dead Man's Chest, which I may watch tonight methinks. :)

It's very deep, it explores human emotions and stuff.

Some consider it very boring, I thought it was fascinating.

I have Taken; it's pretty good, but a bit tedious.

The Critereon Edition of La Strada, and 8 1/2.

I'll probably end up buying more DVDs with the money I got anyway.

I'll be picking it up then, I think - I only ever saw the first two episodes, and I loved them to death, but my family made me stop watching it so they could watch some reality show crap.
