Might be pointless, might not, but I created a Facebook group to garner support for mod tools for BF3. Click and spread the word. Who knows, might actually get somewhere.
Liked it on my gf's facebook accidentally, then liked it on mine. I was thinking of starting a petition, but then I remembered that petitions on the internet don't do anything.
Thanks for the scans Hokey. Reading the article they implied there will be no Commander mode. Kinda disappointed about that. I thought it was a sweet feature in BF2. The few images in the scans look great, btw. Hoping they aren't bullshots.

This game will probably be like when we first saw Crysis and the gameplay will feel like it was coded by Chuck Norris himself. It will be THAT good. Planetbattlefield and other game websites have posted the scans: http://planetbattlefield.gamespy.com/fullstory.php?id=164284 and http://planetbattlefield.gamespy.com/fullstory.php?id=164286 For mod tools yeah that would be nice but DICE listens to their community. I trust that there is no way to make mod tools because let's face it, the game is just way too complex.

The layout is mostly done, take a look at let me know what you think! There is a little yet to be done, some cosmetic stuff (retouching the background images some) and finishing the comments templates and everything like that. I know there isn't much content yet, I am working on filling out all the content pages now. Just let me know what you think of the layout and I'd love any comments or criticism or suggestions for the site or layout.
Thanks guys I feel all warm and fuzzy and like I haven't wasted the 20 hours I spent in photoshop and notepad making this layout into a functional WP theme over the past couple of days. I'd really appreciate ANY feedback or suggestions though, even really minor stuff like alignment, font size, border thickness or color choice etc.
Very slick site. If I had one minor complaint it would be the lined background, but that's a personal preference thing. They've just always bugged me a bit.
Agreed on the lined background, I hate how LCDs have trouble when scrolling through lines like that. Otherwise very nice site! Not that I'm interested in this game, but everyone else was giving compliments :>
Very nice design! Only thing I would change is the font for the links on the left side looks a little plain, maybe find a font thats a little more interesting.
Good job Ennui! Exactly what I wanted to say. I was staring at it for a minute trying to figure out how to improve it, but I guess you'll have to experiment with fonts; perhaps see how it will look in lower-case as well.
