Valve today announced a Source Engine licensing partnership with Arkane Studios, creators of Arx Fatalis. Arkane's Source-based project is already in development and is targeted for the PC. We don’t know anything about this project yet or it’s genre except for the fact it’s graphics will of course look amazing.
