    Hello, contingent.
Few years ago, one russian author, by name Sergey Dmitriev, wrote a novel on the plot of Half-Life. Nowadays, there are 5 of them, based on HL1, Opposing Force, Blue Shift, HL2 and HL2:Ep1. I am friend of that author, and I started to translate them... From the HL2:Ep1 :giggle:
I want to introduce you first chapter of this novel.
I don't really know, was there already a completed or just started novel based on the plot of Half-life. If there is, get here a link или не поверю нифига =)

ps. If you will point my grammar mistakes - it would be nice =)

ps this forum can't accept the Word files (.doc). I'll leave the chapter in .txt.

To be completely honest, this is entirely unreadable. There are more grammatical errors than not grammatical errors.

Although, i really like this bit

With the right narration this could be hilarious.

Looks like I can speak english better than I can write on it, If you know what I am talking about)
Actually, in russian this novel is awesome. But there is a problem of translation - nobody have time to do it.
So, maybe someone could help... I don't know how, actually)

Yeah i love the part in episode one where this happens:
    - Why did they sew his anal sphincter? - suddenly asks I, and Alyx stopped.
    - I don't know, - she shrugged with shoulders and looks somewhere beside the cadaver, - I think that they don't need it anymore, because they don't eat, as we. I heard, that Combine hold them in some salty solutions...

Seriously, 90% of the stuff in there is purely irrelevant garbage, tell this russian writer to balance his own damn bridge.
