Turns out that the things just weren't showing up on my map. I went to the place and the mission start marker was still there, it just wasn't showing...
I've tried phoning most of them but it doesn't seem to do anything. I would re-load it in case I've missed something but my last seperate save...
Yeah, I've done them all. According to walkthroughs the next mission I should have is "flat line".
I seem to have completed all of the available missions but I haven't got any more. On my stats it says I've only done 50% of the Jimmy Pegorino...

I think for the river one I just used a banshee or something. Works with most cars so long as you get enough time to build up speed.
