The last week was a particularly busy one for Valve, as they released a series of new updates for a variety of products. Steam received Trading Cards, Dota 2 received more compendium stretch goals and Team Fortress 2 recieved...more hats. Robotic hats. After a week long hiatus thanks to a news drought, we're back! Valve have returned from Hawaii and have already been busy. In the news this week, Skywrath Mage was added as a new hero in Dota 2, a Team Fortress 2 update introduced full body view models and 20 new Greenlit titles were added to Steam Greenlight. We imagine news will continue to pick up in the coming weeks, so stay tuned to ValveTime and our YouTube channel for all the latest talking points.

You can once again blame James for the delay of this episode. He'll probably try to cover his tracks by lying and claiming some big blizzard got in his way. Regardless, the past week saw the inclusion of Steam Workshop support for maps in CS:GO, the reveal of Steam's Consumer Survey results for January 2013 and Gabe spoke with JJ Abrams at DICE 2013, where the pair revealed their interest in working together on potential Half-Life or Portal films.
